Weekly update of quickbooks, balancing the bank and credit card accounts.
Monthly reconciling of the accounts
Working with CFO and Directors to create and maintain budgets
Keeping accurate reports of budgets and communicating them regularly to COO and Directors
Accounts Receivable/Payable
Budget reviews after events
Yearly tax updates with the tax accountant
Communication with the CFO on consistent basis
Implementation of budget tracking software that integrates with Quickbooks
Requirements
Proficiency at Quickbooks
Knowledge of google sheets and google suite
High level organizational skills to achieve deadlines and goals
Flexibility to work on your own time line, provided the work is done in a timely manner
