About the Role

  • Operation Literacy seeks an Educator Assistant Director to oversee StoryCon educator events logistics and customer service within the Education Department.

  • The Assistant Director acts as a thought-partner with the Educator Program Director.

  • Coordinating responses to educator and school group registration questions with customer service.

  • Manage the educator email, sending inquiries to the right people.

  • Approving scholarships, and working with customer service to get tickets issued.

  • You will coordinate with the Educator Program Director to ensure seamless educator registration and timely communication.

  • Plan and carry out Sponsor Brunch, Book Banquets and Committee logistics in coordination with the Educator Program Director.

Requirements

  • Be strategic, highly organized, and energized by building systems that help programs run smoothly and grow.

  • Demonstrate strong proactive communication with leadership and the ability to incorporate feedback quickly, ensuring responsiveness and reliability from day one.

  • Proficiency in Slack, Monday, G-Suite, and Canva is preferred.
